Beautiful 1/12th Scale Hand Painted, China Kingfisher Ornament, in the style of Capo di Monte Porcelain. Made by A.Dalton. 

The Kingfisher has a fish in its mouth and is sitting on a log between two  ferns/flowers.  A lovely mantelpiece ornament, could be used in a display cabinet, on a dresser, in a china or antique shop.
