Returned items will only be accepted if they remain unopened, unused and in the original packaging.
You agree to pay the postage/shipping cost to return the item to us.
If you are however returning the items because they are damaged, faulty or in any way defective then we will refund cost on receipt of the goods.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
Refunds will be made using the same method used to pay for your order within 5 working days of us receiving your return.
You notify us by e-mail of your intention to return the goods within 7 days
Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and in an unused condition.
Goods must be returned at customer's expense, refunds do not include original P&P
If an item is damaged or your receive an incorrect item please inform us by e-mail within 7 days of delivery.
The items must be returned to us within 28 days of purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept your return if we have not been notified first.
